  • Analytics and Insights: AI-powered tools to analyze usage patterns and provide recommendations for workflow optimization.
  • Workflow Suggestions: Automated suggestions to improve operational processes based on data analysis.

It is important to understand that:

  • All AI-generated outputs and recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
  • We do not engage in automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
  • You maintain the right to request human review of any AI-generated decision or recommendation.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such information. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at legal@leverydigital.com.

9. Levery Products: X10n Browser Extension

Levery operates the X10n browser extension, available on the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons. X10n is a userscript manager focused on enterprise SaaS platforms (Quickbase, Monday.com, Airtable, and Smartsheet). The following disclosures apply specifically to data processing within the X10n extension and are in addition to the general practices described above.

Data Collected by the Extension

The X10n browser extension does not collect, store, or transmit user data to Levery's servers. Specifically:

  • Local-only storage: The list of scripts you install and their on/off state is stored locally on your own browser using the browser's local storage. This data does not leave your device.
  • Active tab URL: The extension's popup reads your active tab's URL so it can filter the script list to scripts whose match patterns apply to that page. The URL is processed locally and is never transmitted.
  • No analytics or telemetry: The extension does not phone home. We do not log usage events, performance metrics, or any other behavioral data from inside the extension.

Userscripts You Install

Userscripts that you choose to install through X10n run in your browser the same way any other JavaScript on a page does. By the nature of the userscript model, those scripts can read and modify the pages they target. X10n itself does not inspect, log, or transmit the contents of pages you visit. We recommend reviewing a script's source code before installing it. Every script install and every script update requires your explicit per-script approval. There are no silent updates or auto-pushed scripts.

Network Requests Initiated by the Extension

The extension fetches script source code from URLs you paste into the import flow, such as GitHub URLs, Gist URLs, or raw userscript file URLs. Each fetch happens at your explicit request, when you click Import or Check for updates. We do not aggregate, route, or proxy these fetches through Levery's servers.

Levery Account Integration

The Levery web application at app.leverydigital.com provides optional account features such as script library sync and marketplace listings. When you choose to sign in to a Levery account from inside the extension, the sign-in flow opens a browser tab to app.leverydigital.com. Credentials are not entered into or held by the extension. Account-bound features are governed by these privacy practices and the Terms of Service, and they apply only to users who explicitly sign in.

Release Notes Feedback

The extension's release notes page includes optional thumbs-up, thumbs-down, and comment controls so you can react to individual updates. If you submit feedback, the data is sent to a Levery feedback endpoint at app.leverydigital.com. Anonymous feedback is permitted and is deduplicated by a one-way hash of your installation identifier, which is a random value generated locally on first install and is not derived from your name, email, or any account data. Feedback submitted while signed in to a Levery account is attributed to that account so we can follow up where appropriate. You may opt out of feedback simply by not submitting any.

Data We Do Not Collect Through X10n

  • Personally identifiable information. The extension itself has no sign-in or registration surface.
  • Authentication credentials. Passwords and OAuth tokens are handled by app.leverydigital.com and the upstream identity providers, not by the extension.
  • Financial or payment information. Any future paid features will be handled on app.leverydigital.com in a separate browser tab, not inside the extension.
  • Web browsing history, location, or personal communications.
  • Health information.

Single Purpose Statement (Chrome Web Store Disclosure)

Per Chrome Web Store policy, X10n is a single-purpose product. It lets users run JavaScript userscripts of their own choosing on a fixed list of supported enterprise SaaS platforms, plus any additional sites the user explicitly grants permission to. All scripts must be enabled by the user, and all script installations and updates require the user to review the script's source and click an Install or Update button.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as a prominent notice on our website or sending you an email). Your continued use of our website following the posting of revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
